I'm going to train a Falcon amiibo to wipe the floor with my other amiibo and my friends who main Falcon. Any customs that would work on him? What are his strengths and weaknesses in AI?

He's basically a faster Ganondorf. For customs, he doesn't have too many great options, but Falcon Dash Punch and the straight jump Falcon Dive are pretty good.

I'd say focus on the same things Ganondorf does, but with more style and less disrespect.
Also, jab is godly with Falcon.
As far as AI is concerned, I don't think there's necessarily anything bad with it. Maybe the fact that he might use down smash and forward air a bit too much, but he's good otherwise.
Good customs I can think of are Heavy Raptor Boost (super armor and much more powerful, at the cost of distance and speed), Falcon Kick Fury (for multi hits, but slightly less powerful), Falcon Jump (for a Falcon that needs a better recovery), and Mighty Falcon Punch/Falcon Dash Punch (varies depending on if you want speed or power).

Mighty Falcon Punch actually is not more powerful, despite the tooltip literally saying it is. The hitbox is bigger, the attack is actually weaker than the default version of the move.

Good point, I recently discovered this myself.
That being said, I still think the bigger hitbox is not something to sleep on. I've seen it catch people in rolls multiple times, which can potentially put opponents in pretty awkward positions.

Okay, I've trained Falcon, and he's losing to the majority of my amiibo.
Does anyone want to fight him and see what his problem is? I honestly can't figure out his problem.

lol, I would if I could.
Can you at least describe his behavior at all? I might be able to help you if you can let me in on some habits and details of his.

Well, after watching a couple of matches. I can see his problem.
Falcon stays grounded, at least, but it's probably he lacks the skills to take down any of my amiibo, and that he gets counterattacked often because his moves have noticeable endlag.

His grab range also sucks, as he tries to grab but ends up eating a forward smash.

I think your problem is that your Falcon isn't moving around very much.
The main thing that makes Falcon so great is his blinding speed. Well, mobility wise, anyway. (His aerials are also pretty fast, but you probably won't use those.) Keeping him stationary is a big no-no, especially for someone like Falcon, who's a combo based character. Also, you really need to watch at what distance he is from his opponent so you know what moves he needs to throw out at certain units away. Because what you're describing does happen when he isn't taught how to space his moves properly.
I recommend training with your Falcon a bit more in mirror matches. Focus on teaching him to grab and jab at extreme close quarters, tilts at close quarters, and smash attacks at normal distance.
The reason you can get away with using smash attacks at that range is because Falcon moves a bit when using forward smash and down smash. So, he should be relatively safe on whiff from that distance, since amiibo aren't exactly one for using really quick punishes; like dash grabs and attacks.
However, if Falcon is facing a swordsman, you may want to watch at the distance he is for some of his attacks. Why? Well, I mean its a swordsman, they're going to have disjoints. Disjoints really screw Falcon's spacing up. So just be aware of that, if you can.
