I just noticed how outdated the Zelda guide is, no stat spreads, and it says kill with air attacks. So this is where I need help, -Any moves I should avoid using? -What abilities are good for her? -Stat Spread -Custom Moves My current stat spread is 40/70/10, and abilities are Explosive Perfect Shield, Lifesteal, and Improved Escape.
Help appreciated!

All the custom moves for Zelda are terrible except for Phantom Strike (the harder-hitting, less-range move). It could be considered.
Spread-wise, it's already solid.
I don't know if you want to encourage this, but you can utilize her FAir and Bair once or twice a match, she might use them time to time as long as you don't focus directly on them.

I would recommend having her focus being grounded honestly, she doesn't fight well in the air at all... So, focus on defense and counterattacking, because Zelda is pretty light.
Don't change her specials, all her customs stink actually...
My setup is 70/90/-40, with Skating Traction (which helps her ground game a bit more), Smooth Lander (because she insists on using aerials anyway), and Auto Heal (which could be switched out for Lifesteal if you want, but it's less consistent).
Feel free to use/tweak it, I don't know why you would though.

Zelda's pretty decent with the normal set - She'll not do Phantom or its customs unless it's a once in a blue moon type of thing - because I spammed Phantom Strike and she never got around to using it. Probably recommend Phantom Breaker, as it goes a set distance regardless of charge.
I also recommend Farore's Squall, as She's actually quite accurate in its usage (barring a mistake or two) and it being a non-attacking move, Zelda might be less apt to spam it.
However, I recommend when training to NEVER use aerials - if anything, avoid them like the plague, and try to find something to limit her jumping.
Even if you pound it into her head that jumping is bad, she'll still land a lucky aerial with a perfect lightning kick or Uair - But I still recommend teaching her not to jump.
Sorceress has a spread of 40/50/30 and the cookie cutter spread of Critical Hit, Improved Escape, and EPS.
