Since I'm going to be retraining my Robin, I need some help with custom moves, stats, equipment, ETC.
All help is appreciated!

Some nice custom alternatives include Thunder+ and Fire Wall. This does not mean that Robin's default moves aren't bad; these customs are just as good. For my Robin, I gave 40 points to all of her stats and gave her the RPS setup. Robin's walk/run speed is the slowest in the game, so a nice boost of 40 all around helps her improve greatly. RPS is pretty great on any character, and Robin's no exception. These are my recommendations, feel free to use them as you wish.

I think any special moves work well for Robin, it just depends on what kind of Robin you want that determines which you use.
Stats wise, I would say as long as you add at least 10+ speed, you'll be good. The other 110 stat points can go elsewhere. Personally, I recommend 50/50/20.
I think a simple RPS build will work nicely for Robin. You could also switch out Improved Escapability or Critical Hits for Lifesteal or Auto Heal if you're looking for a more passive Robin; and Easy Perfect Shield should compliment Explosive Perfect Shield if you want a more block-heavy one.
For training wise, the most important thing to teach your Robin would be to make sure they know their limits when it comes to weapon usage, its very important that they know this. Because otherwise, they'll attempt to use moves like down smash, and will be left wide open. Recovering can also be an issue in this regard. So just remember, if Robin's usage on their Wind Tomes are used up, they need to stay defensive when this happens.
If you want to tip the scales in your favor (lol), remember to teach your Robin to charge his Thunder Tomes and to space with Archfire whenever possible. Robin's greatest strengths are their long range magic, after all.
Robin struggles up close too, so make sure you fight your Robin at a distance, and show them where to be in order to poke safely. Though if you equip EPS and Improved Escape, he should be able to shake opponents off well.
Good luck man, you'll need it!

Thanks for all the help! My current stat setup is 40/60/20, and my abilities are Explosive Perfect Shield, Lifesteal, Critical Hits, all custom moves kept normal.
